RELISTED 2009 Pontiac G8 GXP, 6.2 L, LS3, 415HP This is one of the best cars that I have ever owned. Hagerty and others say it will be a collectible in the future, and the limited production numbers and consistent pricing trends make it seem like a distinct possibility. I hate to let it go, but my wife has put her foot down (not on the gas pedal) but on my fun car purchases and sadly, I have to abide by the rules and let this one go. This car is really fast, superb on the road, and extremely comfortable. It feels like a big car inside and handles like a sports car. Definitely a head turner. Corsa exhaust provides a healthy growl (with no drone) and the motor purrs like a V8 should. The manual shift mode is ridiculously fun. It has the raspy popping and crackling like a LS3 should on deceleration, and a throaty roar when you step on it. Brembo brakes up front stop it very well and the stance is awesome. Looks lowered, but its not. There are a lot of G8's out there, but only 1800 are (or were) GXP versions. This one was built on November 14, 2008, so its likely considered a 2009 1/2, as the rear seat cup holders will prove. This car has not been abused. I keep it really clean and well maintained. The prior owners appeared to have taken really good care of it. There is no rust, no damage, but it does have some front bumper/air dam paint chips. They are hard to avoid in SoCal. No rips or tears and no odd odors. No leaks and no strange noises. I love this car but I have two other "toys" that I have decided to keep. Good luck bidding. Serious Buyers only PLEASE.
